1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.

  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability, and we will notify you if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Locations 

We currently ship to the following countries: 

  • Domestic 
    United Arab Emirates (UAE): Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah 

  • International 

Middle East 
Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia 

Europe 
Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, United Kingdom

3. Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping 

Delivery within 24 hours after your order is shipped. 

  • International Shipping 

Express (Air):

    • GCC countries: 3–4 working days 
    • Europe: 5–10 working days 

Standard (Land):

  • GCC countries (excluding Qatar): up to 7 days 
  • Please note: The above timeframes indicate transit time until the shipment reaches the destination country. They do not include additional time required for import procedures such as customs clearance. 
  • Delivery times may be subject to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or carrier issues. 

4. Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates: 

  • Domestic Shipping  

AED 26: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah 

  • International Shipping 

Shipping rates vary depending on the method and destination. The final cost will be calculated based on the total weight at checkout. 

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we make every effort to ship your order promptly, delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or third-party issues.

6. International Shipping

  • We are not responsible for import charges such as VAT, custom duty, or any clearance and delivery associated costs at destination. However, for shipments to Saudi Arabia, we will cover these charges in accordance with local regulations.

7. Incorrect or Missing Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • If you notice an issue with your shipping information, please contact us immediately.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item.
  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. If necessary, your order will either be replaced or refunded, depending on the situation.
